Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  • Bake frozen fries for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown, on a baking sheet.
  • To make the sauce, combine mayonnaise, dijon mustard, honey, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
  • On one side of each slice of bread, spread the sauce.
  • Layer cheddar cheese, bacon, and arugula on three slices of bread.
  • Place the remaining slices of bread, sauce-side down, on top.
  • Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • In a skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter.
  • Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until golden brown, with one sandwich in the skillet.
  • Cook for another 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden brown, before flipping.
  • Repeat with the remaining sandwiches, adding more butter as needed.
  • Serve each sandwich in quarters with the baked fries.
