• 2 slices of bread
• 1 tablespoon of butter
• 4 pieces of fish

Instructions

• Cook the fish sticks according to the package directions.
• Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
• On one side of each slice of bread, spread butter.
• In the skillet, place one slice of bread, butter side down.
• One slice of cheese should be placed on top of the bread in the skillet.
• On top of the cheese, place the cooked fish sticks.
• Place the remaining cheese slice on top of the fish sticks.
• Place the other slice of bread, butter side up, on top.

• Slice and serve immediately.
